Domestic and general are rude and tell you different things on the phone depending on who you speak to.
Have paid them for years and not received any renewal information they just keep taking your money could have paid to replace all my items by now with the insurance money I have paid.
My boiler service is overdue and they don't care keep passing you around. Will never use again !!!!!! Last year boiler service the company they sent out broke the clips on my boiler and when tried to report to them they were not interested they said it was the company that did the service problem. Took me ages to get it sorted.
They don't care who they are sending out and when you do make a service call you have to call the company of the appliance anyway so might as well pay for the repairs direct to who makes the machines. Would probably work out cheaper.
