We signed up for a contract to get our washer fixed. I waited all day for the tech to come but never showed up. I call them after 5 pm. and was told the tech canceled our appointment and rescheduled us for the following week. We'll, again I waited all day but I decided to call them earlier than I did last week. I was told the weren't coming because they couldn't get in contact with us on our phone. That was a lie because I had both the house phone and my cell phone right next to me all day and nobody called on either phone. Then a tech finally called after the fact and said the best the can do is next week Wednesday or Thursday. "NEXT WEEK!!! THAT'S 3 WEEKS OF WAITING!!! Don't waste your money!! They didn't have a problem taking our money. They took our money quick, fast, and in a hurry. Don't waste your money!!
