Boiler cover - unable to speak to anyone on hold for ages, the. When I did get put through they couldn’t be less interested didn’t listen to me and redirected me to the service department which was incorrect. When I did speak to someone I was told I would need to wait 48hours -4 days for a replacement/repair offer. It had already taken 5 working days to get them to process the claim!!!! Do not use this company !!!
