DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! When i contacted domestic and general about my washing machine leaving marks on my washing I was told that it could be corrected by replacing three parts, including the door seal, at no cost as the parts were still under guarantee and I took out a plan. When the engineer came he said it could not be fixed, i asked if he would replace the door seal but he said it was not under guarantee and i would have to pay. I agreed and paid for the door seal and the engineer said he would order the part and return within a few days. He did not return and I contacted Domestic & General but they would not help either by contacting the engineer or giving me his contact detail. I consider this dishonest as their engineer had my money and they would not help. Luckily I paid by credit card and i could do a 'charge back' to stop my payment. I complained and Domestic and General admitted that they were at fault but would not compensate me for all my phone calls and inconvenience. If this is how they treat customers I will never deal with them again.
