'Relax, we've got you covered' is their slogan. What a joke! Four weeks we've been waiting for a repair to our washing machine for what we were told by the engineer is a simple part replacement. D&G customer service is, on the whole (with very few exceptions) diabolical and many of their staff are rude. They work with a company called Pacifica who are supposed to organise the engineer/repair side of things. Both companies blame the other for their poor (non-existent) service and neither communicate with one another. We've had our repair canceled four times, each time with less than 24-hours notice and a new date given - usually a week later. We still have no guarantee that the repair will ever take place. If we'd known this would be the case, we would never have paid for insurance as the monthly payments just aren't worth it. Yes, not having insurance may mean you pay more in the long run for arranging repairs yourself or replacing the machine sooner than you'd prefer to, but you wouldn't have to put up with this pathetic (non)service and the endless phone calls and stress is causes. How are companies like this not regulated and either demanded improvements or shut down. 7% of reviewers recommend them. That says it all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
