The only advice I can give future customers is read all the reviews on this company, Domestic and General, before you sign up ! The experience I have hade today echoes all the previous customers who have basically been banging their heads against a brick wall trying to obtain the so called excellent service promised in the paperwork. I will be going into Currys store tomorrow to speak to the manager to ask if they still recommend the cover provided by Domestic and General. If so, to me it appears that they may be ignorant to the fact that they are promoting what seems to be nothing but a " legal" scam. I, like many others, have now to wait another week before I might get my washing machine repaired. After reading all the bad reviews I seriously believe there is more chance of hell freezing over. Also, like many others, I have parted with a substantial amount of what I thought was insurance money over the years. I do not intend to let this matter drop and will return to this review section in due course.
