Very poor, have been paying for cover for many years. Called them out for the first time to a leak in my airing cupboard. Shocked to find that it wasn't covered by my PLATINUM policy!!!!
Cancelled the policy on the spot as its clearly not fit for purpose.
Took out a new policy with another insurer after paying a plumber to fix the problem privately.
The new company sent out an engineer to service my boiler although domestic and general had done it recently. The engineer who came out today insisted that my boiler had not been serviced, he said that no one had looked after my boiler for years never mind serviced it.
He will be sending me this in writing for me to take it further with domestic and general. This company is a con. Don't take out a policy with them.
