I reported the fault with my washing machine on :-18/11/22 .. I’ve had 3 visits thus far . Every time there’s a problem , no part supplied , then faulty part supplied .. They promised to rectify the problem by the 14 th Dec & now they’ve postponed until the 16 th Dec .. I’ve probably paid for this machine several times over ( it only needs a bearing ) & it seems they don’t give a hoot .. Disgusting service who just don’t care …
