Had my cooker replaced, repair or replace! It’s a free standing cooker with an induction hob. Who knew these hobs came in various output ratings? Me neither. The one they offered me seemed ok, couldn’t offer an exact replacement as that one was obsolete. Replacement totally underpowered, but they keep insisting it is “like for like” even though the new one has a power output of 1.8 compared to 2.5 for my old one, and their main reason for not taking it back - I had been using it! Well yes, for 8 days until I realised why I was having such problems stir frying. Got absolutely nowhere with their customer complaints and resolution “service”. Seems you have no consumer rights when it is a replacement - totally unacceptable! I now have to buy a new cooker and dump an almost new one. Like other reviewers I will not be renewing cover for my other appliances. THEIR REPLACEMENT SERVICE IS RUBBISH
