Terrible experience they knew full well my appliance was 3 years old and I told them I don’t have a receipt yet they still went ahead to cover me and said that’s Fine. After failing to repair and they knew they had to replace it they made an excuse saying they needed to see the proof of purchase of 4 years ago!! It’s as complete scam designed never to pay out.. inexperienced young staff members who have no problems with making you hold for 35 mins and then hanging up.. stay away they’re a scam! Just read the online reviews
