The engineers came to assess the TV a day after I rang. They were polite and efficient and assessed the problem and the solution while they were there (replacement TV needed).
There was a couple of minor delays between the engineers that assessed my TV D&G so getting a replacement took a matter of a day or two longer than perfect. Customer services were very helpful throughout.
I'm happy.
