Called the following morning, 17/02/20, the Agent at first made me aware will need to transfer me as to book the repair to my swan cooker but booked the appointment for my Indesit washing machine, asked a question, I answered, whilst answering he stated to talk as well, I am still answering, I stopped talking and asked him to repeat since had not heard, he hung up😱, he was not very professional from the beginning, however due to the long wait, website not working, therefore this would have been done online, I simply called back and cancelled the policy, will but new appliances or go to British Gas.
