Shocking. They are taking money under false pretences. In the midst of lockdown my fridge broke down in May. 3 engineers later and 2 different parts, fridge still not working a month later. Told assessor would call me back... they didn't. Eventually got to talk to assessor... 10 minutes of waffling later told me they had to have 3 different companies try to fix it before considering alternative action (what the hell is that). Said he would call me back... actually said 'not sure when that will be'. Crazy, over the years I've paid in over £1,100. I didn't cancel it as I was told in writing if the fridge/freezer breakdown and couldn't be repaired quickly, they would replace it. Nothing about numerous company jengar. Fuming.
