Appointment made for following Thursday. Time booked of work. Nobody shows up. No warning.
Try to call throughout the day. No answer. Phones auto message advises they are to busy for more calls and auto hangs up.
Go on the online chat. Advised that appointment has been cancelled. Told to call back the following day.
