Problem with heat regulator on New World grill flames reaching out making knobs & surround red hot very dangerous, oven not reaching temperature. Rang on 2.9.20 job still not done as at 4/10/20. Takes and hour to get through on phone they never ring you back when promised. Engineer called 17.9.20 had no part which had to be ordered that was the last we heard apart from numerous phone calls that get you nowhere. Have now written to Chief Executive.
