Amazing! Really impressed with the customer service. They have a personal touch and the process was quick and smooth. I spoke with someone on the phone to make sure the item was in stock (a dishwasher) as I had been let down before and even though it said 1 in stock on the system he took my number and checked in the warehouse to make sure and called me back!! I had lots of information on the delivery and plenty of follow ups including a text to let me know the 2 hour slot it was arriving. The delivery from Northen Ireland in the middle of a Covid lockdown was quicker than I could get from a more local company. I don’t say this often but the next time I’m looking for a similar item I will check with them first. Thanks very much!!
