I Spoke with Joanna on the phone, she was professional helpful & friendly. Joanna found us a straight forward product to suit our budget, and so we took advantage of delivery, fitting & took old cooker away. We were given a choice of delivery dates and arrived on the day no issues, the deliver guys were super helpful and called in advance, this was a top class, convenient service from a local family business, i will definitely be buying again.
