This was a bit of a step in the dark, buying a vacuum cleaner online from an unknown retailer, but it came very promptly. No damage in travelling to Berkshire (from Northern Ireland I think), and was exactly what I ordered, looked brand new as expected, and works fine. Paid through Paypal to be on the safe side but I had no need to worry. A good experience.
