Called to check if item in stock which was confirmed and advised to order it online .
I had confirmation e mail in a few hours to say it is being dispatched and delivery was on the day it had advised it would be . I liked the way the staff called to confirm the day of delivery was suitable and the also the email from the managing director thanking us for the purchase.
