Ordering, communication and delivery all very impressive. Hassle free, efficient and timely. However, when the fridge/freezer was unpacked it was very badly damaged in a number of areas, consistent with being dropped heavily. The process for returning it is taking more time than I would wish and packaging it up again proved very difficult and time consuming. To make matters worse there was no more stock available. Not sure how long I will have to wait for a refund and I cannot purchase from another supplier without the refund. It looks like I will not have my new fridge/freezer by Christmas. Very disappointing.
