Firstly went to the shop in Kilrea to view/pick an oven and hob that I had liked the look of on-line. The hob was £10 more expensive in the shop and the oven £20 more expensive, spoke to a salesman who informed me that the hob was sold out, I said the one in the showroom would do fine, he informed me that it was also sold although there was no sold sign on it, but the oven was freely available, I made my excuses and headed home. I placed and paid for the same items online immediately on returning home as they were all showing available for home delivery within 24 Hrs. It was not a surprise then to be contacted by Donaghy's within the hour to say that the stock on-line sometimes doesn't match what is physically in stock. Amazingly the hob was freely available but the oven was out of stock the exact opposite of what I was told 30 minutes earlier instore. In the end I got what I wanted as Laura from the online team was able to secure me the oven from the showroom all at the online price.
