Overall the transaction was very slick with no problems. One small gripe was with the courier. I wasnt able to check my item to accept it because the item was placed inside my home, in its packaging, and then the couriers immediately left. This I think, in todays climate is unacceptable, not only from the acceptance point of view but disposal of large amounts of packaging is very difficult. Other couriers, in my experience, remove all packaging and dispose of it for the customer.
