Found the item I was looking for at a much cheaper price than anywhere else on the market, so that's a strong start! I almost didn't believe it until I checked TrustPilot reviews for the company online - all good. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the item was delivered... wasn't expecting that at all! Unfortunately the wrong colour item was mistakenly sent to me. When I reached out to customer service, Frances was quick off the mark to reply and rectify the problem. A pickup was organised for the next day for the incorrect product, and I wasn't made to wait for the correct one to be despatched. Not only that, everything was done with kindness, and consideration for my busy schedule. Frances went the extra mile to liaise with DPD to make things easier for me. Someone give her a medal!
