Great customer service!
We had huge problems with our faulty Neff Extractor Hood and BHS (the servicing company) kept fobbing us off with delays, not communicating with us and claiming that they had no parts or repair slots available. One email to Donaghy Bros and Malcolm in Customer Services got personally involved and insisted that they came to fix it immediately. BHS came two days and later and fixed it.
