Website was excellent but the external pay system did not seem to bring me back to Donaghy website so I phoned. An excellent customer support person checked both order and payment databases to confirm neither order or payment went through and advised me to place a new order. This I could do confidently and it worked. I received order confirmation but to be doubly sure, I was sent a personal mail from an employee to say that order worked. Brilliant personal direct efficient service, as always. Thank you. As normal, goods at an exceptional price, service excellent.
