Excellent from start to finish , was a bit weary of how long I would wait for it to come from Ireland to Liverpool , but came in the 7-10 day time as promised, paid extra to trace it and was kept well informed, that was worth the extra money as didn’t have to sit in each day wondering when it would arrive, ordered a neff cooker hood, it came in perfect condition and well packed, it’s not yet up so can’t comment on that yet , would definitely buy from there again :)
