Product was damaged and was advised to contact Samsung directly to resolve. They were prompt to reply at first but then no contact for several days. Donaghey Bros got in touch with us and successfully got an update and this also restarted the communication from Samsung.
Replacement parts have been delivered now so we are thankful to Donaghy Bros for their help with getting Samsung customer services to get on touch.
