Really excellent service. They held my Rangemaster until I was ready to install it and delivered it on time with minimal fuss. When it turned out to have a manufacturing fault with the handle they put me through to Rangemaster who sent a competent, experienced engineer who replaced the handle with no fuss. If only all sales and aftersales care was this good.
