I called up about a measurement query that I couldn't find on the net and I got put through to a employee called Malcolm.
He went the extra mile for me and went and found the appliance and hand measured it for me and gave me everything I needed.
Great friendly customer service from him. I came away very happy and would definitely purchase from them. Top marks.
If only every companys customer service was like this. You definitely won this customer.
