This is the 3rd time I have used Donaghy Bros and have found their customer service genuinely astonishingly good. I once phoned about my cordless vacuum cleaner and the man who answered the phone (v promptly) talked me through trouble shooting and additional advice saving me a call to the manufacturer. This time I made a purchase which needed a complicated delivery (not same address as billing) and on a certain date. Again I was able to speak to a helpful person quickly who assured me all would be well and indeed it was. This is old fashioned service which is vanishingly rare. They also have the lowest prices when I compare. Totally amazing!
