I tried to purchase a tumble dryer from John Lewis locally where I have shopped for 35 years. Unfortunately, the service was dreadful! Reluctantly looking elsewhere, I came across Donaghy Bros - I was a little worried because I was purchasing from England. However, Mark in Sales gave me excellent service, answering all my queries to make sure I had the correct machine. The communication has been superb (John Lewis of old!) and the tumble dryer arrived with a super carrier just as planned. I am really impressed and I am singing your praises, Donaghy Bros! Thank you. Hoping that the after sales service will be just as good!
