Ordered a new Dyson ball animal Oct 21st, we had in our house on 25th ,when you consider that this was over a weekend and we are in Worcestershire in the middle of UK mainland that is impressive.My wife was concerned that you were in NI,but it is still UK so if anyone else should worry it is not a problem !The item appears to be complete and undamaged.First class service Donaghy Bros ,be proud of what you do and the way that you do it !
