In May 2020 we ordered a number of appliances from Donaghy Bros for our new kitchen based on reviews and customer satisfaction rating. The order was confirmed and all items available.
In November 2020 we paid for order and awaited the delivery of all items.
Subsequently, I was informed that the Neff microwave oven we had ordered and availability confirmed, had been taken and could not be located and was most probably taken to fill another order.
After checking and numerous calls and emails by me, the microwave oven is unavailable and now it will not be available until after Christmas.
As our new kitchen is designed specifically around this Neff oven and it is not available in any other suppliers, it is an incredibly frustrating experience.
My interaction with Donaghy Bros has left me feeling that this is my issue and tough that my oven wouldn't be there for Christmas Dinner, etc. This is not customer service and unacceptable from a company that professes to have excellent customer service.
Currently, I am in limbo with no updates or efforts to rectify the situation.
