Poor customer service & delivery time was a lot longer than they stated,it would be. The delivery company they use were rude & unprofessional & let them down yet they were not willing to hear the feedback I wanted to give to them about Arrow !
The ONLY professional member of the team I dealt with out of 3 people was a lady called Laura, she went above & beyond to do what she could to rectify the problem.
I will never use this company again
