Purchased coffee machine online arrived in time and well packaged. It made 1 cup of coffee then stopped working,as I live in N.ireland I took it back to the shop and spoke to Thomas who could not have been more helpful ,exchanged it there and then and carried it out to the car for me. This service is another reason why people should shop local,it's not something you see in the big multi nationals
