Thank goodness for Richard Duff in the Coleraine branch who made it one of the easiest parts of buying a new house. We told him our requirements and he showed us various products (never any pressure to buy) throughout the showroom. Anything he didn't have he showed us online and nothing was too much trouble to order or check if in stock. Through constant emails and myself changing my mind a few times he was courteous friendly and extremely patient, even advising me when he would be on leave and made sure i knew who to contact in his absence. I appreciated all the help and advice from him he is a credit to the Donaghy Bros Coleraine. After purchasing all the products i was told by the kitchen company that the company actually supplied the hood and Donaghys produced a refund and no hassle a day later. Fantastic - I will most definitely be using this company again.
