I ordered a fridge freezer on 15th September and although my payment was acknowledged, there was no confirmation of my order or any notification of the date of delivery. I twice sent a message to Donaghy to which I received no reply.On 23rd September a delivery van appeared at my door, the driver telling me he had my fridge freezer!.
1 I should have been advised of date of dispatch,it was by chance I was at home.
2 The delivery company should have advised me of date of delivery.
3 Donaghy should have replied to my 2 messages.
4 There was a dent in the side of the fridge freezer.
