I was disappointed that I could not get blond 600 12 inch. I had a $40 referral coupon that needed to be used with in a certain time frame. I kept checking to see if the 12 inch was available . No. Therefore, I had to get 14 inches. I have been ordering from you for the past several years and never had this happen.
