Easy to find color & lengths desired. Checkout was smooth. Hopefully my extensions will arrive by Thursday April 2, 2026 so I have them for my Friday morning install appointment .

I have now ordered from this company twice and will continue to do so!! I ordered the tape in extensions and they are high quality, they blend perfectly with my hair and look so natural and beautiful I absolutely LOVE THEM!!! They have exceptional service when and if you need anything! I cannot recommend this company enough!!!! They are superb!!!

These clip-ins are wonderful. They lay so flat to the head. They look real and relatively simple to color match. I have the 20in and want to order the 16.

I ordered some replacement tape-in strips as well as the Extension bond remover. Although the package arrived early, how it was packed was unimpressive and therefore one of my bottles arrived half emptied. And transferred onto the tape-in packaging.

It was great that you've had all of these "sales" going on, but the one thing I wanted was continually "out of stock".. and then your Free Shipping is a joke because of the high dollar amount you ahve it set at.

I am waiting on my return label for a mistaken order: I was assured the return label would be emailed; she was rude and rushed me off the phone: this Friday and still no label ; by the way I did order something else so I still spent money

The i tip hair itself is great quality. I just wish you would offer a true white ash color. Trying to tone/color match my clients hair is difficult using the #60 or even the #80 as neither are cool enough, but have a lot of gold/warmth in them. It would be nice to have cooler colors. The ash browns I find are warmer in color than cool.

Ordered wefts at almost $1000. Was sent ONE 18” weft. Unable to reach customer service. My first time ordering with Donna Bella. Never again. Buyer beware.
