“I’ve been using your products for over 10 years. I’m very sad you choose to discontinue the flat tip extensions 😩 They were amazing for anyone with very fine hair!! Please consider bringing them back!! Jennifer”

“My biggest issue is thyat you do not offer a 16inch lengh in all your hair. It's a big waste of money when I am forced to order 18in length. Please consider this.”

“My order was flagged without any email, and if I hadn’t called to get the tracking number, I would’ve not known this resulted in my item not being overnight shift, which I paid extra for and I had to cancel my hair appointment to have them installed. I am very dissatisfied and plan to not be using Donna Bella again. I’ve been using them for four years”
