After following all the proper procedures, I ended up with painful, itchy red bumps on my scalp during the removal process. Despite providing evidence of the issue, including a video, they denied my refund request. I've been wearing hair extensions for over 10 years and have never encountered such a terrible reaction. The quality of these extensions was far below what I expected, especially for the price, and their lack of customer support and refusal to take responsibility only made things worse. I would not recommend Donna Bella to anyone looking for quality hair extensions or reliable service.
