I haven’t received the hair yet but I paid extra for overnight shipping. I ordered over the weekend so it should have shipped out first thing Monday but it’s late afternoon and they didn’t provide a tracking number for so I can’t tell if it’s even left their facility yet. In addition, there was no option to cancel the order expect to call and talk to them and they policy said they immediately start processing orders as soon as their placed so it’s not guaranteed (basically not gonna happen) that you’ll be able to cancel your order. So I want to know, if they immediately start processing the order and I placed it days ago, over the weekend, paid extra for overnight shipping, why has not shipped out yet? I’m highly displeased with their business operations and logistics. If I didn’t know people who ordered from here previously I’d be thinking I just got scammed out $600. Hopefully the hair is up to the quality I paid for whenever I do get it.
