The delivery was on time and everything in order. The 3* rating is for all the fees, some hidden. There is a markup on every ordered item, there is a service charge (expected), driver charge, etc. Why not one up-front fee? I only used it because someone gave me a gift certificate. I probably won't use it again. In the end, it cost the same (with the gift certificate reduction) as it would have been if I had gone and picked it up myself.
