I just had a conversation with a door dash driver and I asked if they received the tips that we would add to the order and he said no they don't so I handed him money for his tip because if they don't receive tips then door dash is sad for that. That's wear and tear on their vehicle and let's not forget about the gas that's needed. Step up and take care of these employees that are making YOU money

The people you hire cannot read English. I left specific instructions and they cannot read English. Hire more people that can read English! This is the 10th time people cannot read my instructions!

First time using door dash and will never use again! Only part of my order was delivered and door dash would not rectify or compensate for their mistake. I'll stick with Uber eats!

I've been a Doordash customer since 2019. Recently we ordered thru a local area business thru Doordash. The order was so late (over 35 minutes from original promised time) and the order had not even been picked up after the last updated time. At the earliest, the delivery would have been over an hour late. Our friends had to leave so we cancelled the order due to how late it was. Now Doordash is refusing to refund the charges. Doordash account has been cancelled and will no longer use their services. Be careful when working with them, they are not customer friendly.

I ordered burger King thru doordash but never received my food. I was on the phone with the dasher & could see him down the hill trying to give him directions to me but he would not listen to me & wanted me to walk down to him! I'm 71 years old & wasn't able to do that plus it's a delivery service not a walk to get your order service. He told me my order was canceled & hung up on me. But he completed the delivery on his app like he delivered it so I was charged. I called doordash to complain & get my money back but they refused to refund my money! I asked for a supervisor & was told they would call me within 24 hours. That did not happen either. So I had to stop payment on the charge. This company sucks! DO NOT USE THEM. I had to reorder from Uber Eats to get some food.

I placed an order. I called to cancel my order and was told I could cancel it but would not receive a refund. I told the agent not to cancel my order if I wasn’t getting a refund. He canceled my order. When I called back they told me I would not get a refund. So $34 for food I didn’t get. I would not recommend Door Dash. They are crooks.

I ordered a big box pizza for three people after my delivery two more orders were sent to my house within one hour. I was charged $150 for three people. I did call customer service was refunded one order but now I still have to pay for two more orders $100 for three people. Very disappointed I will be deleting this app.

I've ordered through doordash a million times and last week, I ordered cheesecake factory in pbg, and 1 of my 2 chicken madieras had a NAIL in it! The bags were not sealed. The nail could have come from cheesecake or the doordash driver. HOW HARD IS IT TO SEAL THE BAGS?!

I ordered from Aldi…spent over $100… was missing 6 items from my order, which I paid for, and was DENIED A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT! I just canceled my membership/Dash Pass which I’ve had since 2023.

My experience with their customer service was awful! They allow you to cancel an order with no notification of any kind that they will NOT refund your money! Their representatives were rude and not at all helpful. I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor withing an hour that never happened. Very disappointed.

Had a driver Leah in foxboro she was very nice on time she knocked at door best delivery ever had door dash needs more people like her. You can look in her eyes and tell she a honest great person

Order food had it delivered to only have the dasher take the food for herself after sending me the picture of where food was placed. Called to complain and get it re-ordered and 1hr later still no order redelivered. Now my daughter goes without food since I can not trust them to actually get it to her she now has to pick it up herself 3hrs later when she gets off work.

I have used company apps for deliveries, and unfortunately, they choose to continue to use DoorDash as their means of delivery. I have had my deliveries stolen by the drivers, food placed in the lawn of a vacant parking lot because they couldn’t find the address and did not speak English so, they didn’t bother to call. I’ve had a DoorDasher tell me that 20% tip is not enough as well. I will never order a delivery again, even if it means convenience because of DoorDash.

Wrongful Account Deactivation. I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the wrongful deactivation of my Dasher account, which occurred due to a mistake entirely on DoorDash’s end. As someone who relies on this platform for income, the treatment I’ve received so far has been completely unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to restore my account and rectify this situation. On April 8th around 7:30 PM, I accepted 13 Walmart orders (Store #1126 at 1500 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON). Midway through the deliveries, my Dasher app logged me out, and despite repeated attempts—including reinstalling the app and restarting my phone—I was unable to log back in. I contacted Dasher Support and spoke with Michael Kevin (Reference: 781caf5e-2844-4964-b79a-860b575d59fb). While still on the phone with him, I followed every troubleshooting instruction provided, but the issue persisted. He escalated the matter to the tech team, who also failed to resolve the app glitch. Meanwhile, I still had 6 undelivered Walmart orders in my vehicle. I asked Michael what should be done with the packages. Initially, he provided no meaningful direction and instead insisted I wait 72 hours for a resolution—an outrageous suggestion given the perishable and urgent nature of the orders. Eventually, he advised me to return the items to the Walmart store, which I agreed to do. I remained on the call until 10:00 PM. At Walmart, I spoke with the manager, Darlene, and explained the entire situation. While there, I again contacted Dasher Support and spoke with Joran, explaining that I was physically at Walmart to return the items. Since my app was still not functioning, Joran initiated the returns on my behalf and spoke with the store manager directly to confirm receipt of the returned orders. Joran confirmed the returns were processed on DoorDash’s side. This call ended around 10:45 PM. Then on April 9th at 12:55 PM, I received an email stating my account had been deactivated due to not returning items—a blatant lie and a complete failure on DoorDash’s part to track your own agents’ actions. I contacted support again and spoke with Joy Ann Marie (Reference: 64167de9-32b9-4d14-9dfd-2a89988b7d4b). Despite walking her through the entire sequence of events, she simply told me to submit an appeal via the app—which was immediately denied without explanation. While still on the call, Joy asked me to re-send the same verification info that I had already submitted to Michael the day before. I complied. She then advised me to revisit Walmart to re-confirm with the manager. I did exactly that—again—and Darlene confirmed the items were returned. After relentless back-and-forth, Joy finally sent me a form to escalate the matter. I submitted it and was told to expect a response within 24–48 hours. It has now been far beyond that window and I have heard absolutely nothing back. This level of unprofessionalism is appalling. Your agents instructed me to return the orders, and your own agent, Joran, confirmed and processed the returns on your system. I did everything I was supposed to do and went above and beyond by physically returning the items and following up in person. Regards, Gurmehar
