Never received my food and they kept denying my refund I’ll never order from door dash again

Day #2 Dealing with Door Dash 1-855-446-7008 order ID DE65F2DD So Yesterday A DD Driver came to my place of business and delivered my 2 sandwiches to another employee here. He has a totally different name than I do and my name is on the receipt. The driver told the employee it was a gift and the employee ate it. WTH People. It was 100% the drivers fault in this. He did not bother to ask for the name listed on the receipt at all and then he randomly gives the food to someone else. I called DD and they are only trying to give me the run around. I asked for a manager and the lady literally said that they are not available to come to the phone. Now, we all know these calls are outsourced and you can literally hear the people in the room in the background. DD will continue to get a daily review from me until they decide to contact me and bring this to a satisfactory conclusion.

Be careful if you live in an apartment complex, even if you give extra directions, like, 2nd floor, left. This is what I do every order. 5 times now the doordash delivery person didn't even enter my building. They left it outside the door in 20 degree weather. This tells me they have zero common sense. It's a gamble every time I order something. The delivery people are obviously not given good job descriptions. It's a very poor service.

Trash!! Every order delivered is wrong, every sheetz order never makes it, has to be refunded, investigation started, and we get screwed having to pay for the same damn order again and pray it comes... You allow ur dashers to do this. It's absolutely ridiculous!! Do better

I am still waiting for a dinner order that I placed 2 hours ago. I received updates that kept delaying the delivery. I called the dasher a few minutes ago and he just received the order and is coming from another town. Ridiculously bad service. I will never use them again. It’s a rainy night and we are seniors and did not want to go out after driving all day to get here. I just don’t have words to tell how disgusted I am with this service

I am in Nashville Tn. My mother is sick and lives Jacksonville, FL. So I ordered her some soup. I paid for the "express delivery" ($2.99) and delivery fee ($5.99) a tip of ($5.50) & a service fee of ($3.00) I was told it would be there in 28 - 35 minutes. I purchased it @ 6:51 pm and it arrived 7:53 pm. The purpose was for her to have HOT soup not like warm/cold soup. I contacted door dash and the "AI" I had to deal with was NO HELP whatsoever. It gave me a BS response. finally got in touch with a human (I think) the response was "we've already addressed a refund request on December 31st, 1969. A refund was not issued based on the results of our review"... 1969?? W.T.F.?!?!?Really!!! This is ABSOLUTELY pathetic. This is SORRY period.

They have worst costumer service ever, they admit my food was cold, so they offer me $5 credit on $30 cold order. When they don't get the response they want from me they ignore my messages and keep ending the chat. I waited 1.5 hours for some chicken and wedges that came soggy and cold.

Every experience with DoorDash is bad. Will never use them again. Customer service seems nice but no one is able to actually help. They say the can and then when it fails, they send you to another team, who also can't do anything to help. I've talked to several people over chat, email, and phone and it keeps going around in a circle. Their final solution was for me to buy a new gift card and they said they would reverse the charge of the original one - not falling for it.

I was getting a gift from a family member. The driver came into the store and he handed the bag to a customer and left. Door Dash basically said that they took our money and its too bad that we didn't get our order. I called them and they are only trying to skirt around the issue and wont let me talk to a supervisor. I will call them back every day and every chance I have to continually ask for my food or my family member to get a refund. DONT use this company. Use places who have in house delivery that way you can actually talk to a person who will resolve the problem

Unethical company. They fraudulent charged my credit card monthly even though I do not have an account. When I made them aware of this they ghosted me and my only recourse was to cancel my credit card. Mastercard said they weren’t surprised about my complaint.

I have ordered a food from a restaurant that shows open on DoorDash and had to wait for an hour then my order gets cancelled as they say that the restaurant is closed. Worst service and experience

Horrible experience. Ordered through a store website, doordash picked up the item and cancelled the order. They never delivered the item nor returned it. Contacted doordash and was basically told too bad, they can't do anything. Customer rep was rude, and disconnected without giving me a chance to reply. Will never use this service again.

The driver left my order at the wrong house. My house is very easy to get to. You just have to look at the number on the end of my house. I don't understand why it's so hard for them. The funny thing is, the female drivers get it just fine. The males however never do.

Trash, I canceled and deleted the app. I ordered a $70 meal a few days before Christmas, the delivery lady delivered my order at a wrong address, called doordash for a refund and they declined it. Lost that money with no food on the table 🙄 Was so upset, and to Kimberly, the delivery lady, she was so rude, and oh I wish I could cancel the tip, karma will get you!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Why the hell would they cancel my order when the dasher confirmed they picked it up, and THEN the F***ING dasher THREW AWAY the food I ordered!!! Called them and they said it's DD's fault, and DD said it's the restaurant's fault.... I AM LIVID. Filing a dispute with my bank. What's the f***ing point of it being "convenient" no one coordinates with the customer??? Could've AT LEAST left it at the store for me to pick up. I'm never using them again.
