Never use DoorDash. I want to give this Horrible Company 0 stars for terrible and sloppy delivery service. I am a 67 year old Senior Lady with Arthritis/Backpain and cannot leave my apartment. I placed and order for food items and non food items on walmart.com for shipping. My shipping address specifically states as part of the address on the label APT 711 FRONT DOOR DELIVERY. I received an email around 7a this morning from Walmart that the food items will be delivered by a local Walmart in Denver before 5p today. I checked my email this afternoon only to discover that this Lazy DoorDash Delivery Driver with no work ethic ignored the APT 711 FRONT DOOR DELIVERY instructions and left the bag of food somewhere downstairs unattended and had the nerve to take of picture of where it was left. I cannot tell by looking at the picture where it was left downstairs. This is a small 7 floor apartment complex for seniors with 2 working elevators. The main front door is open 24/7. The tenant callbox is right there next to the main front door. I have seen a 6 year old operate the callbox that just requires typing in the tenants apt number that takes 2 seconds. I reported this to Walmart customer service that informed me that DoorDash was the Delivery Service. I advised Walmart to never use DoorDash again and told Walmart that I cannot leave my apartment to search for the food bag and it will get stolen so Walmart will just refund me for the bag of food. I really needed the soup to calm my sore throat. I called DoorDash customer service that supposedly took my compaint against this Lazy Driver. Shame on DoorDash as the Owner of this company should just close down DoorDash or sell this company to someone who exemplifies excellent customer service and hires employees who have a work ethic and want to do their job properly and professionally treating customers with respect and dignity. DoorDash is doomed to fail with all the 1 star complaints. Horrible, Horrible Service and Shame on the Management that allows this terrible and sloppy customer service to continue ignoring customer complaint !!!
