Requested delivery driver ring bell upon delivery. They didn’t, and squirrels ate all of our food. We called customer service and were told they would reorder and to expect delivery in an hour. After an hour they rescinded the reorder and just gave us a refund instead. Except I don’t have any dinner for my family and have to wait another hour to get anything delivered, a whole 2 and a half hours after we originally were supposed to have it in the first place.
