Disappointing to say the least.
If I had known little Ceasers uses door dash, I wouldn’t have gotten delivery. There is no mention of Door Dash on the website. Door Dash never gets the order right and it’s a pain to get it fixed.
There is Absolutely no accountability when it comes to messing up an order. I paid an additional $12 in fees/ tip tip for them to not bring my Sierra Mist with my order. That’s not accounting for the food being just ok and not so Hot and Ready. Delivery driver didn’t have my 2 liter and wouldn’t make it right.
When I called Little Ceasers, They told me the order was through Door Dash even though I placed the order online, THROUGH Little Ceasers and if I wanted to come to the store, they would give me my 2 litre.
Why would I order take out, pay all those fees and Tip a driver 18% if I then had to drive up there anyways!?
As I type this, I am on hold (for over 15 minutes) with Door Dash as they connect with the Arab little Caesar because I t was on their website and “they have to collaborate to make it right” since the payment was through LC…. even though they couldn’t make it right when I called?? I foresee it not being dealt with, no accountability, and no refund for the missing items.
