This company sucks. No emails, no customer support. I got a hold of a support agent, about my denied claim, they said it wasn't their policy to issue a refund.
I placed a "Pick Up" order, it was "Pending Fulfilment" for over an hour. I called the store, and it was Not In Stock. Still got charged, denied the refund.. What a garbage company. I can't even get a hold of a manager, got placed on Hold, then the line went dead. Will never use again.
