They owe me almost $100 in refunds because my orders wouldn't be assigned Dashers for days on end. It's been 11 days since my first cancellation and my bank still has no pending transactions from Door Dash. Customer service refuses to do anything because they say that the refunds have already been issued.
Not only was in unable to get my groceries delivered living out in the country with no transportation but my bank account went negative because I still haven't received my refund.
