About 2 weeks ago I had an issue with an order and a few days later I received an email with a code for $10 off two orders but when I went to use it, I received a message that my account is not eligible. I reached out to the help center and was told it was a mistake and to ignore it. It was meany for only certain customers who had recent issues. I suggested they still honor it especially since I had a recent issue. I was told they have technical issues sometimes make mistakes too and to ignore the email. They would not honor it. Anshul ended the chat even though I wan still typing. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to reconnect as that was an option, but of course the network issue.
