I waited 2 hrs and 45 mins just for door dash to tell me that the store cancelled and is close now. I explain to the live chat that they should’ve known this information already and this was unprofessional. Then they said they sent my money back to my bank and that I had to wait 3 business days to get it back . I explain to her that was last 30 dollar so please can you instantly send it back because I know you can .I let her know how that was my last 30 dollars and that am so hungry right now.but they just wouldn’t let up . They said they couldn’t offer me a credit I said I just want my money back so I can do Uber eats
